A main program objective is to realize that every one of us has personal potential in order to find creative solutions to upcoming challenges. Crisis means the situation between one secure position and the following. We all know that growing opportunities, usually flourish from crisis.
Creative solution comes up from reality recognition and disciplined personal work and teamwork. Practical wisdom at service of common good makes feasible the development of capabilities required to overcome crisis.
We’ll work on the leadership principles that trigger creativity in any near limit situation. As an example we will examine the Warmi case and visit their headquarters at Abra Pampa.
